The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Upgrade Outlet" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. Upgrade Outlet. of MN.
All hardware is fully tested and includes a minimum of a
30day warranty unless otherwise specified on the listing.
All products offered on
Upgrade Outlet are used or refurbished unless otherwise specified on the listing.
RMAs are accepted for items that are found to be non-working through normal use within the term of the warranty period. If the purchased item is damaged by the user or installed or used improperly, an RMA will likely be denied. RMAs are not automatically accepted for working items that were incorrectly ordered, although an RMA is often worked out in those cases with a restocking fee and/or trade for a different item.
Our inventory changes daily, so a product that is shown as out of stock
online may actually have recently arrived and we haven't posted it
online yet, so please do contact us if you're interested. Conversely,
on rare occasions, a product may have just sold offline before we had a chance to change it online which can create a backorder or in rare cases a cancellation of the order. If an order must be
cancelled, we try to notify the buyer ASAP so that they can find an
alternate source. This happens very rarely and we do our best to
fulfill all orders.
